What Causes A Persistent Month-long Headache Above My Right Eye And Temple That Only Temporarily Improves With High Doses Of Ibuprofen?

I've had a headache in the same spot for over a month now. Above right eye and temple area. I wake up with it. I drink plenty of water, I don't drink soda or sugary drinks. I drink 2 coffees a day. Ibuprofen works if I take about 4-5 of them then once it wears off the pain is back. Sometimes it comes in pulses.
