I have a pink spot to the left of my groin. it has a sliightly darker ring around it. I looks like a birth mark but i only just noticed it about 3 years ago. Ive checked std symptoms and what not but nothing even comes close to matching this. My wife now has a similar spot in the same general area. it does not itch or bother me in any way. and i have been with no other women other then my wife for the last 7 years. any ideas what it could be and should get it checked by a doctor to see if i could be cancerous??
It may be cherry angioma. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. It is possible to be the same in your wife. However it is not infectious or STD. It is a benign condition and needs to be investigated for the internal diseases like diabetes, hyperlipidemias etc. No treatment is needed as it is benign and harmless.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
