What Causes A Pinkish Orange Blood Discharging From The Vagina?

My friend is having pinkish orange blood discharging from her vagina, pain when peeing for the first couple of days and now the pain went away. she also noticed little white bumps, possibly full of pus. when they went away they looked like little scars/scratches. if you have any idea what it is an answer back would be wonderful. thank u for your help.
