What Causes A Prolonged Period After The 3 Months Injection?

Hi I went for my first time on the 3 months injection in February then I had to go again but then I waited for a month then I went again for it after the 1 month waiting so now my due date is only in September ,,but I have my period for 14days now ....Please help.
