What Causes A Prolonged Period And Tender Abdomen?

hi i had a termination in december, i never had a period until febuary since then i have not really stopped bleeding, i do have the odd day where there is no blood but there is bright red blood there most days, i have a very tender abdomen and i feel very sick and dizzy and i shake a lot. i have 3 children and feeling constantly faint is causing me a problem. i also have an increased appetite but no matter how much i diet i cant lose weight - i am not overweight anyway but it does concern me that i am putting weight on as i have never had this problem before. is it possible i am pregnant again or does the fact im bleeding again rule this out? maybe im being paranoid but i just dont feel normal and my gp is not really bothered at all! i know my own body though!
