What Causes A Prominent Red Line On The Forehead Above The Eye?

I have a vertical red line under the skin on my forehead over my left eye. I take propanalol for migraines and Zantac. I have a history of fibromyalgia, thyroid problems, migraines, and headaches from sex. Recently the crippling headaches that are explosive in nature have returned despite the propanalol that I have been on for 10+ years. Additionally I frequently experience numbness and loss of sensation in the extremities, and often my genitals lose sensation and are cold to the touch. I am a 30 y/o male, ex-smoker, moderate to frequent alcohol drinker, no history of illegal drug use, and no sexual partners other than my wife for the past 12 years. I see a GP on a regular basis with frequent blood tests. Everything normal other than GC of thyroid problems, and low testosterone. I have used androgen with positive results appx 2 years ago and have also used injections of Novarel to treat low T in past. Currently I am not treating this problem. Any thoughts on symptoms and line on forehead. When explosive sex induced headaches first appeared appx 8 years ago MRI or CT ruled out aneurysm; however due to the fact that it was treated by propanalol and the root cause was never diagnosed I still fear that there is some kind of vascular issue that is being ignored and masked by the propanalol.
