What Causes A Pulling Sensation In Lower Abdomen?

Hi, I have pains from my belly button, down to my clitourous. It feels as if there is a string connected in between them, if I stretch backwards it pulls. The pulling sensation also happens while peeing or standing straight up. The pain goes away while hunch over or curled in a ball. I have not seen any connection to it with my period, sex, or any other links. My brother also gets this sensation, his last about a day usually but mine can last up to a week. It happens random times throughout the year, and I ve been having this problem for years. Any clue to what it is?

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Do one routine urine examination and culture test to rule out urine infection. Do one ultrasound scan for pelvic pathology. Review with reports. Good luck.
