What Causes A Pulsating Sensation In My Lower Abdomen?

Its been two days now and I have felt intermittent pulsating in my lower abdominal area-over the uterus area. I dont have to physically place my hand on the area to feel the pulsating, it is quite strange but I can just feel it. What could this be? Should I be concerned.

Pulsations in the lower abdomen is not at all the normal thing to occur. You have to see a Doctor and get an ultrasonography and color doppler done.
This will give the proper guideline for the further investigations like CT scan , Angiography.
The possibility of an inflammatory mass has also to be remembers as well as aneurysm
This has to be taken seriously.
