What Causes A Pus Blister On The Big Toe While Having MS?

I had a blister the size of a quarter between the big toe and the second toe. It took 4 weeks to begin to heal and then I got another on the inside of the same big toe. When fluid started to come out of it, it was thick and slightly yellow. The skin around the healing areas has a red outline and feels thick. My foot is not sore unless I am on my feet for a long time. I also have multiple sclerosis. Please reply with an answer. Thank you, Brenda
