What Causes A Raised Rash At The Bottom Of The Lumbar Spine?

I am a 62 year old female - in the last couple days I have noticed a rash of some kind of at the very bottom of my lumbar spine region, right into my sacrum, it does not itch, it is actually uncomfortable, I can feel that it is raised.. Don t know if I should put anything on it?

Hello,

It could be an eczema or dermatitis. Other skin conditions must be ruled out. If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
