What Causes A Raised Round Ring On Hand After Getting Cut By Glass?

hi, a glass shattered and a tiny splitter of glass was in my hand, i got it out and had a dot of blood. that was over a week ago and now i have a round raised ring where it happened. it looks like ring worm and it itches, and theres no broken skin. do you know what this is?

Terbinafine topical apply to the affected area(s) twice daily for 1-3 weeks, Naftifine topical: apply to the affected area(s) for up to 4 weeks, Butenafine topical: for children >12 years of age and adults: apply to the affected area(s) for 1-2 weeks.
