What Causes A Rash And Feeling That Something Stuck In Throat Post Unprotected Sex?
hello, concerning HIV i had unprotected sex a few weeks ago, now i have rash and something is lightly stuck in my throat. i dont have troubles drinking, eating or breathing. Is it possible that im exposed to HIV? No other symptoms besides these two. (the rashes doesnt itch, maybe very slightly)
From your explanation of having a slightly itchy rash and feeling of something stuck in your throat can be due to some sort of allergic reaction.
As far as HIV is concerned, it takes years for the symptoms to appear, so I do not think that the symptoms that you are having are due to HIV. It is most likely to be an allergic reaction, but for confirmation, I would suggest you to consult an Emergency room and get evaluated.
For now you can take an anti allergic medicine like Levocetrizine or Allegra and see if it improves. Drink warm water.
But getting it checked has to be done, so that the exact cause is ruled out.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
