What Causes A Rash And Small Bumps On The Fore Arm?

I have a rash in my forearm with lots of small bumps on one of the arms it seems like I have a rash. the bumps really don t itch. I tried cream but they just don t seem to go away. I ve never had this problem before. I am dealing with TMD not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having polymorphic light eruption.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
