I have a rash on both lower legs from knee to ankle.. it is not itchy or raised.. I have changed nothing from normal use of products.. I do have 3 leaky heart valves and blocked carotid arteries.. could this rash be from lack of circulation to lower legs.. I have an echo test next week

HI
Well come to HCM
It is not the symptoms due to circulation disturbances but it could be allergic disorder condition and it may be due to some allergens although it is difficult to know the allergens but it can be managed with second generation anti-histamine like Tab Loratadine 10 mg three times in day, else it is nothing to worry take care. (Emotional stress could be the cause )
