What Causes A Rash On Lower Trunk And Legs?

My husband has been dealing with a rash on his lower trunk and legs. The rash is raised in some parts, red. He has been to see an internal medical dr. as w ell as a dermatologist. No one knows what or why. He s been given steroids, and has had lab work. Everything seems to be good. What would you suggest he try next

See we give steroid in specific indications. So if he has given it to you mean it was a need. It's a wonderful drug to heal in those specific situations. It may harm when not used judiciously. So need not worry please visit your dermatologist if needed, else you can have a second opinion.
