Hi,

You seem to have the rash following long sitting, causing constant irritation to the area/following right fitting undergarments or changing fabric of the garments you usually use.

That can cause increased friction? Or an allergic reaction on the skin. Try using loose-fitting undergarments, change the fabric to cotton/hosiery.

Avoid excessive sweating in the area, use steroid skin cream over the counter & anti allergic pills over the counter. In case the rash is itching. You should get relief in a weeks time.

If not you should consult a skin specialist for any needful oral medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
