What Causes A Rash On The Left Arm?

I have a rash on my left arm that look like chicken pox,but it s not.I thiught it was shingles,but the doctor said no.it resembles ant bites,but also has raised welts on some part of the skin.(they are red and very itchy.)Sometimes it appears that i get upset and i can see some more little areas popping up in red welts.Can you tell me what it is?

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
From your description its looks like you are having episodes of urticaria or hives, a kind of allergic skin eruption.
I would advise you to consult a dermatologist for proper management.
Usually i advise a long term course of various antihistaminics with or without corticosteroids.
Also, in certain non-responding cases various other medications like dapsone, montelukast, cyclosporine, omalizumab can be tried.
