What Causes A Rash On The Neck Region With Headache?

I have had a rash in the front of my neck between my ears for a week now and at times seems to be getting better and then flares up again. My eyes burn and have a headache. I have been using anti-itch cream daily and have been taking antihistamines. I feel tired.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptom that you have could be allergic disorders it is advisable to try Diphenhydramine lotion apply this three times in day, allergic factors need to be known hope this information helps.
