What Causes A Rattling Sound In The Lungs While Taking A Deep Breath?

For 3 weeks, lungs feel weird only when I take a very deep breath when laying down. Feel almost rattling, like a tiny piece of saran wrap is in there. I am not sick that I know of. What might this be? No one else around me can hear anything. I am 47. No health issues other than surgery on shoulder 4 weeks ago

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think a doctor should auscultate to your lungs to check what is going on. Nothing can be said without auscultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
