General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to do scans of liver again and urgently to rule out any space occupying lesion as in that case CT or alpha feto protien may also be needed.

If signs of cirrhosis are developing you may need to use oral antivirals after PCR and fresh viral load and management of chronic liver disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
