What Causes A Recurring Buzzing Sound In The Head?

I have a reoccurring buzzing in my my head. Seems to be triggered by movement and or touch. It feels like a low level electrical pulse. Most bothersome when moving my head while walking? Not sure if just allergies ? Not responding to over the counter allergy medication.
