What Causes A Recurring Ulcer Near Anus?

I have a recurring ulcer near my anus that bleeds and also have recurring subdermal cysts or swellings that feel hard, not fluid filled. The ulcer heals and the cysts go away for a week or two then come back. What are they and how can they be treated?

HI
Well come to HCM
Because of the infection this could be lymph node swelling, until and unless infection eradicated completely this would be there, in my opinion infection need to be cured and for that best drug would be "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg twice in day, for five days, for local application "Povidone Iodine" can be used, hope this information helps, take care.
