What Causes A Red Patch Inside Eyes And Headache After Having A Cataract Surgery?

I have a red patch(.5cm wide and .8cm long) on the white left top part of my left eyeball and a headache on the left temple. I just had intraocular transplant because of cataract for both eyes last year. What could it be? Should I see the doctor right away? THANKS.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, headache, cataract operation and red patch are three different conditions and not related with each other, so better to see the ophthalmologist it may not be anything to worry once the vision is okay at the most it could be some allergic condition hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
