What Causes A Red-purple Blood Clot Like Bruise On The Neck?
Hi Last night before bed I noticed a mark on my husbands neck that looks exactly like a hickey but it definitely is not. It is still there this morning. It’s purple and red, not raised or broken the skin....? It’s not sore or itchy...? What could it be?

1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
