Hello,

The reason for an autistic person to have red rashes on the skin are plenty. Common reasons include inflammation of the skin due to allergens or fungus. Moisture always attract allergens, fungus, bacteria etc. In this given scenario, the rash needs to be investigated physically before providing any treatment. Suggest approach a skin specialist in person.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
