What Causes A Reddish Sore Near The Anus?

Small reddish bump near anus, noticed a stinging pain when using a wipe after using the bathroom. Looked in the mirror and seen the bump. Two days later I went to feel for the bump and didn't feel anything. When I looked in the mirror it didn't look like a bump anymore but like a sore or just tender.

it can be external piles. take precaution sothat it does not recur or progress. take sitzbath, bland diet and cremafin at bed time to avoid constipation.
