General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a foruncle which is an infection of the hair follicle. I suggest using hydrogen peroxide for local application. I also suggest using Neosporin cream for local application. I recommend to maintain a good hygiene and use a antibacterial soap for washing the face.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
