What Causes A Right Bundle Branch Block With Atrium Heart Enlargement?

I was born with Epstiens Anallomy. I had a small hole this size of a pin and very mild regurgetation in my Tricusped valve. The pin size hole closed over when I was a child and I had 2 children, one 21 hours in labor and did well. Recently, my new cardioligist was alarmed that I had a Right Bundle Branch Block and some heart enlargent in my right atrium. Since my valve seems to run pretty well still, no serious problem, what is your idea about what could be wrong? The Doctor has really worried me here.

Hi welcome to HCM.
Ebsteins anomaly is known to cause increase in the the right atrial size due to the regurgitation of the jet of blood form the right ventricle into the right due to atrialization of the right ventricle through defective tricuspid annulus. This chamber enlargement can lead to defective conduction of impulses from the SA node to the rest of the ventricles.Elevated right chamber mass can lead to right bundle branch block.Electrophysiological studies can quantify the exact block.Surgical correction is needed for permanent effective cure.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
Thank you
