What Causes A Round Bump On Colon Leading To Abdominal Pain?

Under a lot of stress. About 5 days ago I was internalizing all my stree and then felt a pop or burst in my lower Left abdomen. I thought my ovary burst. I went to my gynecologist and she did a soon on me. She said my ovary is fine. She did tell me that my colon sits there and stress could affect it. Makes sense. First 3 days had pain, painful when pressed slightly. Now, I noticed a hard round bump at the entrance of my colon. Still some pain in my abdomen, sometimes feels hot inside. Also my tools have not been the same. Small and thin.
