What Causes A Runny Nose With Sneezing And Coughing?

My calf is painful to the touch, red and hot though not swollen. I also feel hot all over and have a runny nose, sneezing, coughing Age 55, wt 234, diabetic with hbp and high cholesterol (all treated), have a callus on the bottom of my foot which the doctor debrieded so it is an open wound but it looks fine and is not painful
