What Causes A Rusty Vaginal Discharge?

I am 56, and menopausal. I have been experiencing a rusty vaginal discharge since have sex two days ago with my partner, We are in a committed heteroisexual relationship; however, he is an alcoholic. Is in possible that there is alcohol in his sperm that is causing me to have this discharge?
