What Causes A Scanty Menstrual Period While On Birth Control Pills?

Hello I have an irregular period and I take Birth control pills to regulate it and I was wonder since I had sex last night my blood flow has been weird because I don t see blood until I wipe myself it doesn t fall in the toilet so what could be wrong with me?
