What Causes A Seizure While Sleeping?

My grandson who is 4 fell asleep after preschool and has been asleep for almost 4 hours. He is in such a deep sleep that he wet himself and threw a fit when his mom was trying to get him up to change and take a bath. She got him changed but he fell right back to sleep. Is this something to be worried about?

I don't think it's something to worry about. Maybe he didn't slept well at night and got tired at kindergarten.
