What Causes A Sensation Of Vibration In Brain And Dizziness?

Hi. For the past few weeks I have been having this brain shaking/vibration feeling followed by dizziness. It only lasts for about 10-15 seconds and the dizziness is gone within about a minute. I have also been experiencing bad headaches everyday that hurt in all areas of my head. What would cause something like this?
