What Causes A Sense Of Hollowness And Pain In The Chest?

Hello there doctor , my friend is having pains in his chest and he says it feels like something on the left side of his chest shifted to his right side and his chest feels empty.he is not able to life arms all the way up without a pain need help please. Doctors always say he is fine when he goes to the e.r so please I need help.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that if the EKG not being done then it is better to get it done if this is unremarkable then second would be trade mill test even if this too negative then this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
