What Causes A Sharp Stabbing Pain In The Forehead?
I keep getting a sharp stabbing pain in my forehead/ temple area above my right eye. It only lasts a short time but is very painful. It happens at anytime without warning. They have been becoming more and more frequently. I am worried about having one while driving my semi, because they are extremely painful and would probably cause an accident if I had one while driving. Can you tell me what might be causing this to happen?

Hello,
You have mentioned severing throbbing type pain on the side suddenly. So it could be due to migraine attacks. For that ibuprofen can be prescribed initially during migraine headache.
The prophylactic medication for migraine should be started if repeated headache occurs. Check your blood pressure value as well.
