What Causes A Short Period,nausea,back Pain And Faint Positive UPT?

This month my period was last thurday only a day and a half over by friday night,only a slight few cramp in the begining,i have noticed my boobs are bigger,not sore,i have minner headaches threw out the day and nausia,my hips hurt at night or when i sit to long,my back is breaking out ,and i feel verry bloted. Im moody tords my fiance...i took a test after work last night there was a verry faint positive,this morning it was negitive,we have been trying for 2 years this not knowin is really streesing me out

When was your last normal and regular period. symptoms could be of early pregnancy or it could be premenstrual symtoms. Please do the pregnancy test to know the situation.
