What Causes A Skin Tag Attached To The Anus?

I have a small skin like projection in my external region infact it is attached to anus... i dont have bleeding through rectum but i have a sever pain in that region! Please can you help me figure out what is the problem and what should i do? Regards.

Skin tag like things around anus may be due to chronic constipation. It leads to fissuring of anus that pains. You need to consult a surgeon and may need few investigations done.
