What Causes A Skin Tag Near Vagina, Fatigue And Insomnia?

I had a baby 7 months ago not only have I noticed a a thick piece of skin that is hanging out of my vagina I can put it back in but it comes right back out . I have not been sexualy active nor have I been using tampons . I just noticed it after my shower kinda freaking me out it s uncomfortable. Is this normal? An have been having constant loose bowels for the last 7 months aswell very fatigue an insomnia pain through out my legs an back . Could this be connected ?

Thanks for the query.
You had vaginal delivery 7 months back. Had been having loose bowels for last 7 months making you more weak & fatigued.. sleepless/ with pain in back & leg.
The skin tag coming out of vagina in such case seems to be begininng of prolapse uterus ( caused by loose motions after staring for child birth along with extreme weakness )
You need to control your loose motions to start with along with fluid replacement therapy.. Maintain perfect genital hygiene.
Consultation of a gynecologist regarding prolapse & it's management should be followed.( which may be with improvement of general condition with pelvic exercises/ surgery in some cases )
