What Causes A Slightly Thickened Endometrium While Experiencing Brown Spotting?

Hi..I had medical abortion on 27 February ,i had bleeding for more than 3 weeks,then I went to doctor she asked me to have ultrasound,and in ultrasound scanning the report shows slightly thickened endometrium,no genital products found so doctor prescribed me duoluton l tablets for 21 days and that course is over by 22 of this month. I am still spotting brown slightly , what do I need to do now?

It is a product on conception that is coming out,no need to worry,should stop in a few days,if does not,visit your gynaecologist
