What Causes A Small Bump On The Liver?

I have primary liver chirohiss and I had a ultra sound the beginning of June. My liver specialist saw a small bump on my liver and now wants me to go for a enclosed MRI. He told me it isn t an emergency and I could wait till December when I see him. Do I have anything to worry about.
