What Causes A Small Fiber Neuropathy?

I have small fiber neuropathy, and in looking for the reason why, lab found glomerular damage, and elevated kappa free light chains on protein electrophoresis. Currently nauseated most of the time no appetite, exhausted, ...sweat gland test also showed neuropathy. I am 52, not diabetic, VegetariAn, eat and live organic lifestyle, no drugs or alcohol.SCAD survivor.no diabetes, no answer to Nucleolar 2580 ANA. All related?

Glomerular damage with bone pain & elevated kappa light chain may be due to multiple myeloma light chain disease.You may need chemotherapy for the same or may be managed on steroids.depends upon the titre & your clinical condition.I think you must contact oncologist asap.
