What Causes A Small Lump In My Breast After A Miscarriage?

My girlfreind found a lump in her breast and has told me she has had a misscarage and the lump is a milk cist or a breast mouse she has had the rod in her arm and was on the pill before but has said she had the misscarage after three weeks is this posible ?
