What Causes A Small Lump In The Inner Corner Of The Eye?

I have a small lump that resembles a pimple on the inner corner of my eye. right where my eye meets the bridge of my nose. i cant really feel it if i dont touch it. but when i put my finger to it, i feel a small amount of pain. very similar to a pimple, but i have bad sinuses so i wonder if it is related to that. do you know what this could be?
