Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain a small lump with slight bleeding along with a previous history of having hemorrhoid and recent history of
constipation and straining can be an external hemorrhoid..
You should
consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Anoscopy can help in diagnosis to rule out the exact cause of the lump as other causes can be like Warts, abscess, skin tags while on a few cases can be an Anal cancer..
In case if hemorrhoid is diagnosed as the cause then you can be advised Steroid and analgesic creams if there is pain..
Sitz bath that is sitting in a tub of warm water can relieve..
In case of no relief treatment like
Rubber band ligation, using Sclerosing agents to perform
Sclerotherapy,
Cryotherapy or ultimately surgical excision of hemorrhoid known as Hemorrhoidectomy can be done..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
