What Causes A Small Lump Inside The Penis?

I have found a pea size lump, in the center of my penis, not visable as it is internal. I can only feel it if I pinch around the area. Their is no pain of any kind, but was with the sudden apearence, that brought worry to my mind. I see as I research this, that it seems common for men my age, mid 5os. Any thoughts would be appriceated! never mind, if I had known this was a bull &%!* money grab, I would have just asked the guy on the corner with the card board sign. Thanks.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a penile papule.
Penile papules are dome- shaped, skin-colored lumps that appear around the head of the penis.
They typically form in rows.
They are benign and don't require treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
