General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The area which you have described suggests the possibility of inflammation (pain and swelling) of a part called epididymis and the condition is called epididymitis. I would recommend you to visit a surgical specialist and get it confirmed. It doesn't seem to be testicular cancer.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
