What Causes A Small Painful Lump On Left Testicle?

Hello doctor,I am 24, male.I jumped from a wall 2 months back, and I felt little pain in my testicles. The mild pain was there for 3 days. And then I was fine. But when I observed, I saw a small lump in my left testicle. When in try to touch or press it used to pain, but after a week there was no pain. Now, it s been almost 2 months, there is small lump in my left testicle. It is movable freely like testicle and is just above left testicle inside scrotum. Lump feels hard and size is around half the size of testicle.I am worried now. Is it risky? What might have happened? And what steps I need to take now? Please help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, history of fall and swelling of testes may not be correlated and what the swelling you are seeing could be nonspecific and for the confirmation it need to be sent for investigation and ultrasonography is must along with clinical examination, in absence of any symptoms no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
