What Causes A Small Painless Lump In Left Testicle?

Hello there is a small marble type lump in left testicle of mine.. it is painless and a bit hard to down side.. I don t wear underwere also. It is normal or the result of not wearing underware is make the left testicle lower part hard Like marbal..do it is common for all or something serious happen to me..pls advice me..I am concerning regarding this..

Hi.

It actually depends on whether the lump is on the testicles or part of the testicles or is separate. If at all it is part of the testicles or on it, then it is best you report to a doctor for an evaluation at the earliest, without any delay.

But if it is separate from the testicles, then this could very well be a cyst that may or may not subside on it own; if at all it does not subside on its own then a small surgical drainage procedure may be conducted.
