What Causes A Small Red Bump With Black Spots On Labia?

Hello. I noticed that I have a small red bump on my inner right labia, which is slightly painful. When I went to take a closer look in the mirror I saw that I also have a few dark spots (not raised) that were never there before. I did a little internet research and want to make sure that I don't have to worry myself to death. Thnx.
